Whether you are drawn to a seat at our table in Champagne next October, a private week through Provence, or something we haven't yet imagined together, this is where it begins. The way we begin
Three quiet steps. No funnels, no follow-up sequences.
Step 01 — You write. Share a few details about yourself and the journey you are imagining. The more you tell us, the more thoughtfully we can respond.
Step 02 — We talk. Gina personally reads every inquiry. If we feel like the right fit for one another, she will reach out within 48 hours to schedule a conversation — by phone, by video, or by email, whichever you prefer.
Step 03 — We design. From there, we begin the quiet work of designing something only for you. Whether that means a place at one of our curated journeys, or a bespoke itinerary built from the ground up, the next steps unfold at the pace of the trip itself, unhurried, considered, entirely yours.

Every inquiry that arrives at A Vine Affair is read personally by Gina, usually within 48 hours.
